August Schedule Updates

BC Day Long Weekend
Please be aware of schedule changes for this coming long weekend specifically Monday August 6th.  The usual long weekend registration protocols apply.  Minimum 3 registered members to keep a class time on the schedule, 8-hour cancellation in effect Friday through Monday so coaches don’t get left in a lurch.  Have a great long weekend!

Summer Schedule
With so many members away at this time of year, many classes have been quite empty.  We will be cancelling classes with low registration so please register early for class times you wish to attend.

August Beginner Classes
The next batch of Beginner’s classes start times are as follows:

7am Mon, Wed, Fri with WOD Father starting Wednesday August 8th
7am Tues & Thu & 9am Sun with The Touch starting Tuesday August 7th
7pm Tues, Thurs & Sun with The Touch starting Tuesday August 7th

Register now before the September rush and enjoy private/semi-private coaching at a group class rate!

CanWest Games
Congratulate our Empower athletes on a job well done at this year’s 2018 CanWest Games.  A review of the weekend has been published with video evidence on the “Empowered Voices” blog page of our website.

Unpaid burpees double at month end and there are some names still outstanding.  In the spirit of leniency I’ll give you until the end of the day (August 1st) to get them paid off before they double.  In case you are unclear what constitutes a good burpee, we’ve included a video tutorial above.
