Wow, it is October already! And a proper, grey, rainy October day too. We have a busy month coming up so please take a glance through to make sure you don’t miss out on the fun!
Still going strong! Dangers & Super Mario have a small but dedicated group of athletes (myself among them) who are just loving it. I am very excited by our newest toy, the log! Anyone is welcome to come play and check out all the fun toys that don’t show up in regular CrossFit programming. Please keep in mind there is an additional charge which so far has just gone to adding new toys to the gym. Monthly or drop in rates available.

The 2018 CrossFit Team Series concludes today. Congratulations to all our teams who made it through all 8 events. It was a fun time. We’ll let you know how it turned out when all the results are in. There were some big wins again this year. Most notably Hard Rock got her first bar muscle up Friday. Clue, not to be outdone, got her first 12 on Sunday! Way to go ladies!!!
You may not yet know because they’re both rather quiet about it but last month Silk received her CrossFit Level 1 coach certificate and Shades successfully completed her Level 2! Great work ladies:)
Unpaid burpees double at month end. Showbiz we’ll give you until Wednesday morning to get yours done!
