On Tuesday you get to take on a fun little Ten Minute Amrap. The movements are power cleans and toes to bar. We have done this one back in 2018. Have a look in the system to have a target to shoot for. I was able to get a whole round more than last time and it felt good to move the barbell.

The goal for the barbell is to find a moderate to heavy weight to lift. You should be able to touch and go two to three reps comfortably. If you are on zoom or a heavy-ish barbell is not right for you, dumbbells, kettlebells, or an odd object will work for tomorrow. On your toes to bar we will go over hanging and non hanging options.  We will make sure you get a great workout and still work on some gymnastics and weight lifting.

Some times on workouts like this it is easy to get excited to hit the ten minutes hard. But being focused in the warm up and cool down are a key pieces for you getting the most out of your ten minutes. The pieces leading up will set you up for success on the day and the piece following will set you up for the next day. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow for a fun couplet.

As CossFitters we are always driven to conquer the next big skill. It may be your first pull up, pistol, lifting more weight, or even the elusive muscle up. This thinking and striving is very constructive in some areas but can be limiting in others. Next time you are confronted with what you cannot do in a workout. Try looking at what skills, effort, and attitude you can bring to that session. This way of thinking will help you see what you can do in the workout rather than what the workout will do to you.
