Whether your children are training for sports teams or just to develop strength and self-confidence, our KidFit and TeenFit programs provide a fun fitness outlet with some serious workouts and a lot of exciting games!
We can’t protect our kids from everything life throws their way. The best we can do is make them strong, adaptable and resilient as we build in them the self confidence required to tackle life’s challenges. In our KidFit and TeenFit programs your child will develop the self-awareness, discipline, focus and perseverance that will help them overcome obstacles outside the gym.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, games and equipment to help them develop their kinesthetic skills. They will love our fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, climbing, throwing carrying, pushing, pulling and lifting!
Groups are divided by age: younger children, older children, and teens.
