This Saturday will be another Make-up day and you will have the opportunity to do a workout that you missed during the last three days, develop a skill, or try the Lift-Move-Work.

1- 60 toes-to-bar:
-Perform 12 burpees at the start of each minute

2- Back squat 10-8-6-4-2 reps
Shoulder press 10-8-6-4-2 reps
Deadlift 10-8-6-4-2 reps

3- For time:
3-minute handstand hold
100 squats
50-meter handstand walk
100 squats
30 handstand push-ups

4- Lift-Move-Work
1-rep-max clean, 4-minute time frame
Rest 2 minutes
Max bar muscle-ups in 4 minutes
Rest 2 minutes
AMRAP in 8 minutes:
30 double-unders
8 single-arm DB push presses (left arm)
8 single-arm DB push presses (right arm)
8 lateral burpees over the DB
